Kosova Journal of Surgery: Call for Associate Editors

As the Kosova Journal of Surgery (KJS) continues to grow, we are pleased to announce the addition of associate editors in various clinical areas. We invite applications from dedicated and qualified professionals to join our editorial team as Associate Editors in the following fields:

– Cardiac Surgery

– Thoracic Surgery

– Vascular and Endovascular Surgery

– Surgical Intensive Care and Anesthesia

– Pediatric Surgery

– General Surgery

– Urology

– Plastic, Reconstructive and Burn Surgery

– Orthopedic Surgery

– Gynecologic, Obstetrics, and Infertility

Furthermore, KJS will start publishing 5-7 articles on specific focused reviews, like those found in the European Journal of Trauma and Emergency Surgery with each issue. You are welcome to propose such focused reviews and serve as a lead editor. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and recruiting the authors of these review papers, and it is expected that you and possibly your co-editor(s) will write a short editorial to introduce the focused review to the readers. These articles will undergo a peer review process like other submitted papers. Eventually, this focused review initiative will grow to mirror the quality and impact of publications like the Surgical Clinics of North America.
